Contact support

xlioramarx@gmail.com
For PokerNight support and privacy requests.

Email support

Include your PokerNight account email, a short description, the approximate date of the game or invitation, and a screenshot if it helps. Do not include another player’s private contact information unless necessary.

Account and login

Email and password

Check that the email is typed correctly. If the app says your email is not confirmed, open the confirmation message sent during sign-up and then try again.

Apple or Google sign-in

Use the same sign-in method you originally chose. If the browser flow was interrupted, reopen PokerNight and try once more on a stable connection.

Still stuck?

Send the exact error message and your device/OS version. Never send us your password or one-time code.

Games and history

A live game looks out of date

Confirm you are online, return to the app, and pull to refresh where available. The app also refreshes live game data when it returns to the foreground.

A completed game is missing

Check both hosted and played activity. A game must reach its finalized or settled state before all final results and statistics are available.

A number is wrong

Before finalizing, review the event history, corrections, cash-outs, and every final chip count. When contacting support, include the game date and affected player name—but no unnecessary payment details.

Invites and player links

An invite will not open

Open the full link on the device where PokerNight is installed. If the link has expired, ask the sender to create or rotate a new invitation.

The wrong player record is linked

Do not create repeated accounts. Contact the game host first; roster entries are owned by the host, and some duplicate-link cases require the host to choose which roster record remains active.

I can view but cannot edit a game

That can be expected. The host manages the game ledger; a registered participant may have read-only access to the session available through their linked player identity.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, or another privacy request, email xlioramarx@gmail.com with the subject “PokerNight privacy request.”

We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder. See the Privacy Policy for the types of data PokerNight handles and the limits of account deletion for records owned by other hosts.

Delete your PokerNight account

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Under Account, select Delete account.
  3. Review the permanent-deletion notice and confirm with Delete account permanently.

If you cannot access your account or the app, email xlioramarx@gmail.com for help.

What the deletion service removes

The service is designed to permanently remove your authentication account, profiles, uploaded avatar files, owned games, owned player roster, owned tables, connections, and owned invitation-link data.

What may remain

A guest or player entry created by another host, and that host’s historical game records, may remain under the host’s account. Links back to your deleted account are removed or unset. See the retention and deletion section for details.
